Mami (Ana) will be missed by all but definitely never forgotten. We have been blessed by her beautiful loving life of 92 years. I personally have always admired Mami’s strength of character. She was one of those women who could do anything and cared for everyone. She helped everyone and never expected anything in return. She loved like God loves. There are so many memories it would take a book of a million pages and that would just be the beginning. She loved life and family. She was our rock here on earth. The pain of her loss may always be with us but the memory of her precious life and love, with the grace and mercy of Jesus, will never cease to be forgotten. And when we talk about her it will be about the joy and happiness, love and grace she shared with each and eveyone one she knew. We all have “Mami” “Abuela” “Wella” and “Ana” stories and I believe as we share them, that Mami will be listening and sharing in the love and laughter from heaven above. Mami had a special devotion to Mary, our Blessed Mother and now she will share in the glory of God, with Jesus and Mary, and the other members of our family who have left this earth before us. Mami, I love you more today than yesterday and I thank you for teaching me to love like Jesus by the great example of your undying love. You may not be here on this earth physically now but you will remain in my heart and in all our hearts foever. You have blessed me excessively all my life and I know you will continue to do so from heaven. Thank you for always.
    Your daughter, Millie

My Suegra always said that “There is no happiness.” But, sometimes there is – we knew her. She was an inspiration in many ways.
