Ann Marie D’Agostino, 83, of Gainesville, passed away February 22, 2012 at Palm Garden. Ann Marie was born in in Queens, New York and moved to Gainesville in 1979. She was a homemaker and a member at Holy Faith Catholic Church.

Ann Marie was preceded in death by her husband Jerry D’Agostino. She is survived by children Lynne Rice (George), Anne Marie Giordano (Angelo), Maryjane D’Agostino, Gerard D’Agostino (Debbie), and Bobby D’Agostino, sisters Jean, Patricia, Jane, Mary, Janis, and Kathleen, grandchildren Thomas, Raymond, James, MaryKay, Robert, Christopher, Ann Marie, Maryjane, Gerard, and Nicole, and 7 great grandchildren.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, February 28, 2012 at 2:00 PM at Holy Faith Catholic Church, 747 NW 43rd Street, Gainesville, FL with Father John Phillips officiating. Visitation will be held on Sunday at Forest Meadows Funeral Home, 725 NW 23rd Ave., Gainesville, FL from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM and A Vigil Service will be held on Monday at Holy Faith from 6-8 PM.
