Ann P. Myers, 49, of Gainesville, FL passed away peacefully Monday, February 11, 2013 at E.T. York Hospice Care Center surrounded by her family and friends.
Ann was born February 20, 1963 in Laurel, Mississippi, then moved to Gainesville in 1967 where she remained until the time of her death.
Ann was a legal secretary for Jon Wershow of Wershow & Schneider, P.A. She was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend. Her passions were taking pictures, scrapbooking and reading. She loved to entertain and be surrounded by her loved ones.
She is survived by her husband, Ron Myers; daughter Rhonda Myers (20); son Alex Myers (10); mother Pat Baxley, Augusta, GA; sister Karen (Steve) Green, North Augusta, SC and many other family and friends. She was preceded in death by her father John Partridge, grandparents Alex and Minnie Lou Jenkins, Millen, GA and grandparents Archie and Eva Greene, Augusta, GA.
Visitation will be held Friday, February 15 from 6-8 PM at Forest Meadows Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, February 16 at 10 AM at the funeral home, 725 NW 23rd Avenue, Gainesville with interment to follow at Forest Meadows Memorial Park Central. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to LaCrosse Baptist Church Building Fund, PO Box K, 5700 NW 203rd Place, LaCrosse, FL 32658.
