Betty will be missed most for her strong will and tenacity for life. She was devoted, driven, kind, loving, hardworking, funny and full of life until the very
end. She leaves her family with cherished memories of watching the Kentucky wildcats games, the Gators, Christmas decorations, playing with her grandchildren, fishing and long conversations about everything. We will miss our Mother every single day.

My deepest condolences to Pennie, Scottie, Donnie, Ed and all of the grandchildren. I was very sad to hear this today, I had no idea. She was the strongest, wisest and most courageous woman I had ever met. Ms. Betty took pride in everything she did . Her and her Christmas tree lights were one example of how she showed dedication and devotion to any project she worked on. When Rocky and I lived up the street from Ms. Betty, I was fortunate to have been able to spend time with her and get to know her. I learned a lot from her and even after Rocky passed away, she would always find the time to check up on me. I loved that woman as if she were my own. She showed so much love to my own kids, Billy and Kara. We will miss her so much. Mike, Rocky and Dougie are with you again, so may you rest in peace now Ms. Betty..
