Carlos and Carmen are such wonderful people. They have been the best of neighbors since we moved to Gainesville.

Carlos always took the time to visit with children and share a story or two about his grandchildren.

Charlie and I loved to bring him fresh fish. His story as a young boy where truly amazing.

Our lives are better for knowing such a Great Man!

I’m not sure I have met a kinder, gentler soul. I have never been to the Franks’ home without seeing him with a warm smile and taking the time to offer a few kind words. He always would ask how I was doing and how the job was going. He was an awesome man and will be sorely missed by everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him.

My thoughts and prayers go out to the family and especially to you, Mrs Frank. What a wonderful family and legacy you two have built together.

It was very sad for me to hear about my dear friend Frank
like we all called him at the Estacion Experimental Agronomica,
Santiago de las Vegas, Cuba, we were an small group of engineers
bundeled by friendship and the common desire to leave the Cuba
of Castro, after we kept in touch via internet, but allways with the
same degree of friendship and affection
My deepest sympathy to his family, and God will have him near him
