In Loving Memory of

Cynthia Carol Chesel

 -

It’s with great sadness that Cynthia Carol Chesel, 81 of Gainesville, FL received her angel wings on January 5, 2018. Cindy passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by the love and care of her family in her last remaining days.

Cindy was born on December 27, 1936 in Boston, Mass to her parents Emma and Clayton Hutchinson. She had many successful careers in her lifetime and enjoyed gardening, reading and spending time with her family. She was also fascinated by the Egyptian ruins, King Tut tombs and the sunken treasures of the Atocia wreck. A few of her greatest accomplishments was the day she married her best friend and husband George on January 19, 1957 followed by the births of their daughters.

Remaining to cherish her precious memories are: her loving husband of 61 years, George Chesel; her six daughters, Lynne Rhinehart (Gene), Margie Kirby, Susan Bryan (Ron), Cathy Rhodes (JR), Barbara Allen (Keith), and Carol Boettcher (Terry); her 16 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.

Her soul was pure, she exuded an abundance of love, her heart was open and her will was strong. A little piece of her will live on through the memories and love that we will forever cherish. We are blessed to have such a beautiful angel to watch over us until the day we meet again.

Services will be held at Forest Meadows Funeral Home 725 NW 23rd Ave, Gainesville, FL 32609 (352) 339-5298

Viewing is Tuesday, January 9, 2018 at 1pm, service at 2pm in the chapel followed by a graveside service where she will remain to rest peacefully.
