Laura, Jake, Remy & Rhett,
Dave and I are so sorry for your loss. Big Dan was such a wonderful man. I can attest to him being described as a “master storyteller” and have hilarious memories of him regaling us with his hunting stories. We love you all and pray God wraps His arms around you.
Frances, I am so sorry to hear that Dan died—–I know that this is a huge loss for you all! So thankful to know you will see him again.
Francis, Nancy, and Laura,
I’m so sorry for your loss. Dan was a great guy and so fun to be around. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
Love you all.
So sorry to hear of your father’s death. I remember your mom well from Pioneer Girls at the old Community Baptist Church on Kern Road. I don’t remember of ever meeting your dad but how amazing that you were blessed with him for all these years. 73 years of marriage is incredible! Praying for your family’s comfort at this time of loss.
Dear Frances, Nancy and Laura, we will so miss our Euchre buddy, Dan who was so much fun to play with and we loved to hear his big chuckle when he was the winner. Best of our memories is having Dan and Frances as our neighbors for so many years. Tom kept our cars running and Dan our washer and dryer. And he wouldn’t take a dime as we were neighbors. In our retirement, they introduced us to Euchre and other games and we would visit each other’s houses and spend nights reminiscing. Good night dear friend – you were a winner of all life’s games to us. Morgan and Margaret Evans
