Donald MacLean

Donald A.(Mac) MacLean parted this life on January 2, 2020 at the VA Medical Center in Gainesville, Florida at 87 years young and warrior to the end. He will rest eternally with those who preceded  him, his beloved wife Myra L. MacLean,many friends, veterans and family members. Mr. MacLean was born in Jacksonville, Florida on August 13, 1932. He attended the University of Florida, he was a veteran of the Korean War and a selfless contributor to veterans and veterans causes. He was a lifetime member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars,Post 2811. He also was a lifetime member of the American Legion Post 16 and a lifetime member of theKorean War Veterans Association.

During his service in the Korean War he was awarded, the Korean Service Medal with 2 Bronze Stars and the United Nations Service Medal
Mr MacLean was partner in Johnson & MacLean Land Surveyors, Inc. Gainesville, Florida.
He is survived by many friends and family. In Lieu of flowers please donate to The General James Vanfleet Chapter 267 Korean War Veterans Association.
