Eva Marie Newman, 54, of Gainesville passed away Saturday, August 30, 2014 at Haven Hospice with her family by her side. Eva was born in Miami, Florida and moved with her family to the Gainesville area as a teenager. Eva was adored and cherished by her family.  She was a wonderful aunt to her three nieces, MJ, Heidi, and Megan and her two nephews, James and Edward. Eva was adored and cherished by her family. Eva was a Walmart Associate for 18 years..

 

Eva is survived by her parents, Ralph and JoAnn Newman and her siblings, Ray Newman, of Orlando, FL, Paul Newman, of Okinawa, Japan, Odette Hill, of Gainesville and Muriel Newman, of Gainesville.

Funeral Service for Eva Marie Newman will be on Wednesday, September 3, 2014 at 5:30pm in the Forest Meadows Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends starting at 4:00pm. Interment will be private in the Forest Meadows Memorial Park East’s Military Garden of Honor.
