In Loving Memory of

Evan Bolton

08/26/2003 - 03/28/2017

Evan Bolton, a life long resident of Alachua County, died unexpectedly on Tuesday March 28th 2017 at the age of 13 at home in his bed.

Evan was born at North Florida Regional Medical Center on August 26th 2003 to Adam Bolton and Jenna Bolton. He had been a student at Oak Hall School, Hidden Oak Elementary and currently enrolled at Kanapaha Middle School in 7th Grade.

Evan was a kind and gentle person. He was sensitive to everyone around him and was friendly, loving, giving and was well liked by everyone lucky enough to meet him. He loved the water and the ocean. His favorite place was at the beach playing in the waves. After school he could be found kicking a soccer ball in the alley behind his house or with friends in the open spaces of Town of Tioga. He spent many days with his father kite-surfing, boogie or skim boarding, and he would sleep in a hammock outside on his family’s sailboat on weekends. He recently started a fish tank with his Mother and found the fish to be very fascinating and enjoyable.

He was very intelligent and was an avid audiobook listener with science fiction and fantasy novels being his favorite genres. He had a wonderful sense of humor and loved joking around with anyone willing to share a laugh.
