Fran was a devoted person to her family and SF College, I know she will be missed. I remember her Mother, and Father as Fran introduced me to her Mom because before working at Santa Fe I had been a hair dresser and was doing Fran’s hair and then she asked if I would personally go to her Mom’s home and do her hair, and of course I did because I could never turn away anyone. I remember when Mr. and Mrs. Waters had their 50th Wedding Anniversay, what a glorious celebration. I will miss you Frannie. I know she is in a better place and she finally made it there smiling because she is with her best friend and true mate, Ted. You will always be in my heart, Sue
