Gail Elizabeth Bryan

Gail P. Bryan, 72 of Gainesville, born on September 23, 1940 passed away December 2, 2012 at Shands Cancer Center at UF. Gail fought a courageous battle with cancer and is now resting in peace. She was born in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania and moved to Gainesville in 1980. She was a mother, homemaker, member of Gainesville Garden Club and Trinity United Methodist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 25 years Craig A. Bryan. She is survived by her four children Craig A. Bryan, II (Shari) of Monroeville, Alabama, Laura Bryan-Perez (Porfirio), David H. Bryan (Angela) and Robert O. Bryan all of Gainesville, Florida sister Sandra P. Becker of Longwood, Florida and her 9 grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, December 8, 2012 at 3:00 PM at Trinity United Methodist Church, 4000 NW 53rd Ave., Gainesville, FL with Dr. Dan Johnson Officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior from 2:00-3:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to UF Foundation with “UFSCC” in the memo line to: UF Shands Cancer Center, Office of Development, P.O. Box 103633, Gainesville, FL 32610.
