Goldie E. Kirby, age 85, of LaCrosse passed away Sunday, September 22, 2013. He was born December 15, 1927 in Alachua County, FL to Sylvanus and Ruby Hammons Kirby. He was a farmer most of his life and was a member of Antioch Baptist Church in LaCrosse.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Lynn Kirby and is survived by his three sons, Ricky, Thomas, David; daughter, Katherine; two grandchildren, David Scott and Tara Lynn; and two brothers, P.W. Kirby and Troy Kirby.
Funeral Services will be at 11:00 AM Thursday, September 26, 2013 at Antioch Baptist Church with Reverend Dan Kendall officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 – 11:00 AM. Interment will in Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery.
