Jeanette Hazel Robitaille, 99, of Gainesville , passed away on February 18th, 2021 at Haven Hospice.

Visitation will be held at Faith Presbyterian Church on 2/24/2021 at 12:30 pm. Funeral service will be held at Faith Presbyterian Church on 2/24/2021 at 1:00 pm with Reverend Kevin Nelson officiating. Burial/Interment will follow at Forest Meadows Memorial Park Central. ( Immediate family only.) Forest Meadows Funeral Home are handling the funeral arrangements.

Jeanette was born in Washington D.C.to Madison Barr and Carrie Rhodecap on 7/20/1921. She went to high school at The Presbyterian Orphan’s Home and graduated in 1940. She worked as a Key Punch Operator for Pan Am Airlines when she moved to Miami Florida in 1950. She married in 1955 and raised her family there. She taught Sunday School at Sharon Orthodox Presbyterian church and studied art in her free time. She and her husband retired to Williston Florida where she was selected as Artist of the month by the Junior Woman's Club. Eventually, Jeanette
moved to Gainesville where she became an active member of Faith Presbyterian Church.

Jeanette is preceded in death by her husband Robert T Robitaille, son Michael Harbison and brother Donald Barr.  Jeanette is survived by her daughters Mona Tanner of Georgia, and Carol Olsen
(Forrest Olsen) of Gainesville. She had eight grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, six great, great grandchildren and 2 great, great, great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Faith Presbyterian Church 5916 NW 39th Ave, Gainesville, FL 32606.     Jeanette’s service was lovely; it was apparent that she was loved and appreciated by both her family and her friends. We were blessed to have known her, and she will certainly be missed!
