Funeral Services will be held at 2:30 PM on Wednesday, August 8, 2012 at “Chapel in the Meadows”, 4100 NW 39th Avenue, Gainesville, FL 32606. Interment with Military Honors will follow.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Haven Hospice, 4200 NW 90th Blvd, Gainesville, FL 32606.

My heart goes out to you at this time. Sad but rejoicing that Jerry’s battle is over & he is finally free of the suffering he has experienced for so long. I’m sure there was a joyous reunion with your daughter & other loved ones. I know you will miss him and only a lot of time passing will be somewhat helpful. Love & prayers to you and your family.
