Mary Lou King Vann November 28th, 1939 – October 12th, 2021 Mrs. Mary Lou King Vann, 81 of Hague, FL passed away peacefully and surrounded by love Tuesday, October 12th, 2021, at Plantation Oaks in High Springs. Mrs. Vann was born Nov. 28th,1939 to the late Preston & Ethel Mae Gill King. She was a member of Hague Baptist Church where she served as Pianist for over 50 years. Mrs. Vann was a devoted wife and mother. Survivors include her children, Bret D. Vann of NYC, NY, Kent E. Vann and his wife Terie C. of Barnardsville, NC, and April Vann Floyd and her husband Mark B. Floyd of Hague, FL., Daughter in-law Linda Rupe Vann of Belleview, FL. 7 Grandchildren: Lauren, Chuck, Wendy, Logan, Jonathan, Benjamin & Susanna. 8 Great Grandchildren: Tyler, Raegan, Charlee, Devine, Caleb, Zion, Landon & Elijah: and a host of nieces & nephews; brothers, Douglas (Zelma) King of Hephzi, GA, Norman (Katherine) King of Bronson, FL, Donald (Jean) King of Hague, FL, and her sister Betty Munn of Hague, FL. Mrs. Vann was preceded in death by her husband Lonnie M. Vann, Jr., her son Lloyd M. Vann, and her grandson Samuel L. Vann; sisters Nora Dalton, Mayme Scott, Mildred Williams Benefield, Wilma Rippy, Merdyline King, & Gladys Green; brothers Claude King and Preston King, Jr. Services will be held at 2:00pm on Friday, October 22nd at Hague Baptist Church with Rev. Sam Brown officiating.

Aunt Mary was a beautiful, Godly lady.. She will be greatly missed. I have a lot of early memories of Aunt Mary.
