Mildred “June” Sanders

Mildred “June” Sanders,  85, went to be with the Lord on April 4, 2013 at Chiefland Hospice,

Mrs. Sanders was born to William and Clecie Coleman Damron on July 5, 1927, She was the oldest of 9 children.

Mildred June moved to the Gainesville Area in 1955 from Pikesville, Kentucky. She was a devout Christian and attended Ridgeview Baptist Church.

Her husband Julian preceded her in death in 2002, and also twin greatgrandchildren.

Mildred June is survived by her daughter, Carol Scott, her son, Steve Sanders.  She has 4 grandchildren and 1 Great grandchild.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, April, 9, 2013 from 6:00 p.m.-7:00p.m. at the funeral home, Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, April 10, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at Forest Meadows Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be held privately at Forest Meadows Memorial Park, Central, she will be laid to rest next to her beloved husband.

In Lieu of flowers, Expressions of Sympathy may be made to Ridgeview Baptist Church,
