In Loving Memory of

Minta B. Webb

05/10/1923 - 10/21/2013

Minta B. Webb of Gainesville, FL passed away October 21, 2013.

She was born in Elliot County Kentucky on May 10, 1923.

A Mom to Remember:   Many of us walk through life never to know the love of a Mom.  But as we realized these past few years and the last week of her life, we knew her walk was through on earth.  Her heavenly life is now her next walk of life – the walk with God and angels who watch over us, her family.  We say “goodbye” to her, but what we really mean is “’til we meet again”.

Minta lived life for 90 years.  She married Everett Webb and had two children, Patricia “Patty” and Roger Eugene Webb.  Her husband and daughter preceded her passing.  She leaves behind her son, Roger Webb (Jane) and 4 Grandchildren, William Lawrence (Becky), David Lawrence (Lori), Amanda Greer Copley, and Daniel Allan Webb (Charlee), Great-Grandchildren, Brady and Bailey Lawrence, Katie Lawrence, Sarah Lawrence, Johnathan Lawrence, Brittany & Chloe Copley, and 4 Great-Great Grandchildren.

How she doted over her children and grands.  Love, loved, loved her cooking, even when it got a “little burned”.

Minta spent her last week with her family at the E.T. York Haven Hospice Care Center.  We are so thankful for all the care for her as well as our family.  She shared so much love to all of her family and friends.  We miss you, Mom and our memories will be our strength to share our love as you shared with us.

Funeral services were Wednesday, October 23, 2013 at 1:00 PM at Chapel In The Meadows, 4100 NW 39th Avenue with visitation 1 hour prior.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Haven Hospice.
