Pauline Mary Nadeau, 89, of Gainesville, Florida, passed away on March 10th 2017 in Gainesville, FL.

Visitation will be 11:00am, Thursday, March 16th in The Chapel In The Meadows at the Forest Meadows Cemetery, located at 4100 NW 39th Avenue, Gainesville, FL 32606. Funeral will follow at 12:00pm at the same location.

Pauline was born in Plainville, Connecticut to George and Mary Youcis on October 9th, 1927.  She went to school at Plainville High School and obtained her Bachelor of Science at the University of Vermont.  She married Leonard O. Nadeau on December 2nd, 1961 in Gainesville, Fl. She also worked for UF/Shands for 34 years.

Pauline is survived by sons Henry and Mike Nadeau, daughter in law Mary Kate Walker, and granddaughter Christina Nadeau.

Pallbearers will be George Barbour, Allen Lockwood, Stefan Davis, Joe Gonzalez, Jeff Smith, and Preston Mangus.

Flowers may be sent to 4100 NW 39th Avenue, Gainesville, FL 32606. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to Holy Faith Catholic Church, 747 NW 43rd Street, Gainesville, FL 32607.  Arrangements are under the care of Forest Meadows Funeral Home, Gainesville, Fl.
