Regina Ruth Lobach (née Tolliver) died peacefully on 12/20/2021 in Palm Bay, FL at the age of 70.
Regina is survived by her mother, Sara Williams; her sisters, Terri Justice (Mike) and Barbara Bohlin; her daughters, Michelle Nelson and Angela Starr (Dunamis); her step-daughters, Sheri Spivey (Donnie) and Jill Atchley (Kevin); her grandchildren, Kali, Morgan, Daniel, Samantha, Allyson Nelson, Noah, Aron, Jordan, Zoe, David, Christian, Judah Starr, Hunter, Mallory Spivey, Taylor, Dustin (Sarah Mae), and Jarod Atchley; her nieces, Ashley Justice-Tucker (Chip), Madison, and Victoria Bohlin; and her nephew, Brian Justice. She is preceded in death by her husband, Dave Lobach; her father, Gene Austin Tolliver; and her step-father, Jack Williams.
Regina was born on 08/17/1951 in Beckley, West Virginia. She moved to Florida over 35 years ago and spent her free time with her family in the warm Florida sun. She was generous, kind, and a friend to everyone she met. Christmas Season was her favorite time of the year and she loved spreading joy into the hearts of others. Regina was affectionately called “mommom” and adored being a grandmother to all 17 of her grandchildren. She lived a life full of love and is deeply missed by her family, friends, and members of her community.
A private viewing is scheduled for immediate family and a viewing for all others is scheduled from 11AM-12PM on Tuesday, 12/28/2021 at Ammen Funeral Home in Melbourne. Masks are required for all who attend and social distancing is recommended.
In lieu of flowers or memorial contributions, please take family or a friend out to eat and make a toast to Regina.
All of our hearts are broken. Take comfort that she is in heaven and with God the Father and all of her loved ones. She leaves us who remain with good memories.

I’m so so sorry. I loved her very much! I will miss her sweet, warm, kind face. She was so special to me and I’m sorry that she’s gone from this earth. But she is reunited with her best friend and husband Dave and I know I will see her again.
