Rosa V. Zipperer

Rosa Virginia Zipperer, 97, of St. Petersburg, passed away on October 18, 2012.

She was born on March 18, 1925 in Jasper, Florida to Alonzo and Cora Green. She was the former owner and operator of Alachua Fog Service.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Pennywell Zipperer, and all of her children, Mary Virginia Zipperer, Alonzo Pennywell Zipperer, Helen Inez Zipperer, Marjorie Frances Zipperer, Frank Alex Zipperer. She is survived by her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, October 23, 2012 at 11:00 AM at Forest Meadows Funeral Home Chapel, 725 NW 23rd Ave, with Chaplain Henry Lunsford, Jr. and Brother Otis Evans officiating. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service beginning at 10:00 AM.

    Rosa you will be missed. I remember all the times I spent with both you and Helen and the bowling tournaments you went to with us. I know you are with God and your family.
