Russell Fiore 82 from Naples passed away March 29th, 2013 at Haven Hospice Care in Gainesville Fla. Russell was born in Brooklyn, New York on January 18th, 1931.
He was a veteran of the Korean War, having served in the U.S. Marine Corps.Russell worked as one of the first paramedics in Florida with the City of Miami Fire Rescue department until his retirement as Captain in 1982.
He is survived by his son Paul Fiore of Gainesville Fl; Daughter Mary Fiore of Sebring Fl; Former devoted wife and friend Margret Fiore of Sebring Fl, three grandchildren, Megan Abreu of Key West Fl; Vincent Fiore of Sebring Fl; Mariah Fiore of Gainesville Fl, great grandson Anthony Abreu of Key West Fl, and his two sisters Lucille Trow of Archer Fl; and Carmen Gustin of Sarasota Fl.

I am so sorry. I really thought he would pull through. I know there is nothing we can do. But, know that we love you and feel your sadness.

Fiore family, my deepest condolences and heartfelt sorrow over your loss. I know there is little I can say that will ease the pain of your loss as I know this leaves a large whole in your lives.
