Teresa Joanne Scott, 64, of Gainesville passed away at Shands UF on May 7, 2012.
She was born in Chicago, Illinois on August 2, 1947 to Guy and Mary Scott. She was a resident of Tacachale.
She is survived by her brother, Brian Scott of Jonesboro, Georgia
