Efrain Planas-Villali, 89, of Gainesville, passed away March 28,2021 at E.T. York Hospice Care Center. Mr. Villali was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico August 22, 1931. He was a member of the Gainesville Moose Lodge 1140, Lions Club, Swing and Sway Dance Club and a United States Army Veteran. Efrain was a senior resident at Hunters’ Crossing Place in Gainesville, FL. He is survived by his wife Fiolina Bocachica (Mills)-Villali, daughter Brenda (Doug) Hrabik of Washington, PA, son Fabian (Gigi) Villali of Gainesville and Efrain E. Villali of Miami. Grandchildren Gabriel Villali, Cassandra and Nicholas Hrabik. Step children Wanda, Diana, and Kenneth Mills.
He was preceded in death by his daughter Sandra I. Villali.
Efrain retired from Deerhaven Power Plant. In his spare time, Efrain enjoyed dancing, restoring antique cars, traveling and spending time with his children and grandchildren, who treasured him. Efrain was adored by all who knew him and will be greatly missed.
Visitation will be Wednesday evening at 5pm until 7pm at Forest Meadows Funeral Home 725 NW 23rd Ave Gainesville, 32609
Services will be Thursday April 1st 10am at Forest Meadows Central Cemetery Chapel in the Meadows 4100 NW 39th Ave

I am so very sorry for your loss. Losing a parent is not easy, but we must know they are not gone forever & will live on in our hearts, until we meet again in the eternal life. Efrain was a unique individual and I truly enjoyed having him as a Father n Law.
