Dear Ralph, I was reminded of you today as I was paying for lunch with my PEFCU card. The restaurant owner/waitress turns out to be Mr. L. Davis’ daughter – small world, isn’t it? I’ve been dining there since it opened, and now I know why she always felt like family! Anyway, we were talking about you, and she told me about your mom, so I did some hunting and found this. I’m so sorry about your mom. It doesn’t matter when it happens, or why, but it’s a difficult thing to realize that you can’t just pick up the phone any more and ask Mom a question, or tell her you’re thinking of her… I hope she didn’t suffer; I know she’s at peace, and in a much better place, and I know she loved you, and was so proud. She will always be with you in your memories and your heart. Thinking of you (and Cristi and the girls) with love, and wishing you peace. Always, Lorri
