Virginia Lynette Hardee born August 9, 1934 entered her eternal
home August 13, 2022. Lynette was born in Wauchula Florida and
moved to Gainesville as a young adult where she met and
married James Hardee.
Lynette was preceded in death by her husband James Hardee,
son Gene English, daughter Debbie Holder and step-daughter
Ramona Hardee. She is survived by daughters Sue Stevenson
(Charlie), and Ann Weist (Jeff), step children Junior Hardee and
Terry Hardee, many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and
great-great grandchildren.
Lynette enjoyed cooking and was known for her excellent country
southern cooking. Meals were enjoyed by many who were
strangers but became friends around her table.
Lynette will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved her.
