Wilma Lynnett Martin, 87, of Newberry, FL passed away on Thursday, July 31, 2014 at Ayers Health and Rehabilitation in Trenton. Wilma was born September 9, 1926 in Leesburg, FL
She was of the Baptist faith. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother and enjoyed fishing, traveling and most of all cooking for her family.
Wilma is survived by her husband, Horace; daughter, Lynn Tharpe (Butch); sons, Larry (Elaine) and Dale; brother, Ronnie Lewis (Beverly); two granddaughters; one grandson; two great grandsons and one niece.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, August 3 from 2:00-4:00 PM at Forest Meadows Funeral Home, 725 NW 23rd Avenue, Gainesville. Funeral Services will be on Monday,
August 4 at 11:00 AM at Forest Meadows Central Chapel in the Meadows, 4100 NW 39th Avenue, Gainesville.
