In Loving Memory of

Zachary Aaron Cooper

 -

Zachary Aaron Cooper, born August 21, 1993 was declared deceased April 11th, 2009.  Zac was known to his friends as Zac and Coop.  Zac was built solid and loved to play sports like football, baseball, soccer, Tae Kwon Do, swimming, basketball, hockey, and especially riding his skateboard.   He loved to wear his dark blond hair long, often covering his striking light blue eyes.  He liked to listen to rock and Dub step music, play first-person shooter video games, and wear his favorite jeans and a printed t-shirts, a good example of the grunge look.  Most of all he loved to goof around to entertain people, lighten any mood, and make others happy.

Zachary is survived by his parents Helena Walter and Dale Cooper; his stepfather Scott Walter, his sisters Jacqueline Walter, Kristen Cooper, and Madisen Walter and his brothers Joel Walter and Matt Cooper.  He also leaves his maternal grandparents, Don and Jakki Smith, Uncles Steve Cooper and Donald J. Smith, Aunt Nikki Smith, and several cousins.

A Celebration of Life ceremony is scheduled for Saturday, October 6th at Northside Baptist Church from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm.  The church is located at 7415 NW CR 225, Starke, Florida 32091.  A bereavement fellowship luncheon will be held at the family life center at the church immediately after the ceremony.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you consider donations to the Zachary A. Cooper Memorial Youth Camp Fund in care of Northside Baptist Church.  A private, family only graveside funeral will be held at the Forest Meadows cemetery in Gainesville, Fl.  Flowers and condolences may be sent to the Forest Meadows Funeral Home, 725 N.W. 23rd Ave. Gainesville, FL 32609.

May HE fill your hearts with joy knowing that you were a part of his most important choice in life…to accept Christ…Zach was a great example of how we should love life and one another. I smile at all the happy days we shared in Sunday School, Childrens Church, Awana’s and so many more happy heart warming memories I will never forget.
