Please consider the following: Forest Meadows Funeral Home will do everything possible within our power to provide a Memorial Service with dignity and reverence. Our professional funeral staff will arrange and coordinate all details with the clergy, musicians and florists, in order that the family will not have to worry about the memorial service details while coping with the death of a loved one. Our professional staff will arrive at the place of the Memorial Service an hour ahead of schedule to attractively arrange flowers, help with seating of guests attending, have them sign a “guest register” and pass out memorial folders/prayer cards. We will coordinate and prepare any honorariums for clergy and musicians. At the conclusion of the service, our staff will usher everyone from the building and assist them to their automobiles. We will transfer flowers, pictures, memorials, etc. to a specified location per the family’s request.

When considering the importance of the Memorial Service, remember that our assistance enables the family and friends a time to share their grief without worrying about service details.

This is the Forest Meadows Funeral Home Guarantee: After the Memorial Service, if you are not completely satisfied with our professional services, your charges will be adjusted by the entire amount of the “services for conducting the memorial service”.

KEY MEMORIES CREMATION TRIBUTES

The Traditional Cremation Tribute provides families with the most extensive personalization choices, as well as a premium allowance toward merchandise and, instead of a register book, a framed portrait that may be signed by guests and kept as a cherished memorial.

Families who choose the Select Cremation Tribute receive a larger number of commemorative items, with many opportunities to include photos and other personal touches. This program also includes extras such as an expanded merchandise allowance, a balloon release, and video tribute. 

The Basic Cremation Tribute offers a number of Memorial Folders, Thank You Cards, Bookmarks with “Seeds of Hope,” and other items suitable for most memorial services. This tribute provides families with many personalized options at an affordable price. 

Service/Ceremony of Remembrance (Memorial Service)
This service includes: the basic professional service of the funeral director and staff, administrative staff and professional staff for coordinating and directing the services at funeral home, church or other location: filing and obtaining legal documents and other paperwork necessary to complete arrangements; removal of the deceased from the place of death to the funeral home, refrigeration and/or sanitary care of the remains; use of the facilities for memorial service/ceremony; automotive equipment, service/errand vehicle; cremation process, memorial register, memorial video, memorial folders and acknowledgment cards.

This Service does not include: embalming, dressing, cosmetizing, viewing or use of the facilities for viewing or merchandise selected, such as cremation container, cremation urn, or limousine.

Direct Cremation (Without a Service or Ceremony)
This service includes: the basic professional services of funeral director and administrative staff for filing and obtaining legal documents: removal of the deceased from the place of death to the funeral home, refrigeration; and cremation process.

This service does not include: embalming of the remains; dressing. cosmetizing, viewing or use of the facilities for viewing; merchandise selected such as cremation container, cremation urn, memorial register, memorial folders and acknowledgment cards.

If you want to arrange a direct cremation you can use an alternative container. Alternative containers encase the body and can he made of materials such as, fiberboard or composition materials (with or without an outside covering). The containers we provide are cardboard, veneer wood, standard or select hardwoods
