James Neil Saxon, 88 of Ocala, Florida passed away on Saturday, February 26, 2022, at Estelle’s Hospice House, Ocala. James was born in Coosa County, Alabama on April 14, 1933, to Sylvester and Ruby (Gorman) Saxon. James met and married, Joyce (Ballantine) Saxon and dedicated his career in the Aerospace Industry as an Electrical Engineer. He enjoyed playing Bridge, attending dances, and drones. He is survived by his wife Joyce Saxon, his children, Neil, David and Lucy, two stepchildren, Sindi Giordano and Rob Jones, as well as his grandchildren, Andrea and Melissa Giordano. A Memorial Service will be celebrated on Saturday, May 21, 2022, at Stone Creek in Ocala. Inurnment will be held at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, Florida.
